Welcome to JellyForm ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our anonymous feedback collection platform and related services (the "Service"). By using JellyForm, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

JellyForm is an anonymous feedback collection platform that enables companies to:

• Create feedback boxes for anonymous submissions
• Manage conversations and messaging with anonymous users
• Utilize AI-powered analysis and response generation
• Organize teams with role-based access controls
• Customize branding and use custom domains (Business plan)

2. Account Registration and Authentication

User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• We use magic link authentication for secure, passwordless access
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

Organization Accounts

• Organizations can invite team members with different roles (Owner, Admin, Member)
• Only organization owners can access billing and delete the organization
• Admins can manage team members and organization settings
• All members can respond to feedback and manage conversations

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

• 1 team member (owner only)
• 1 feedback box
• 10 submissions per month
• Custom fields included

Team Plan ($49/month)

• 3 team members
• 3 feedback boxes
• 200 submissions per month
• File attachments
• AI features
• Public voting board
• Slack & Teams integration
• CSV export

Business Plan ($99/month)

• Unlimited team members
• Unlimited feedback boxes
• Unlimited submissions
• All Team features
• Zapier webhooks
• PDF export
• Custom domains
• Hide JellyForm branding
• Priority support

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed via Stripe
• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of the Team plan
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal
• No refunds for partial months

4. Use of AI Features

AI-Powered Services

• Sentiment analysis and categorization of feedback
• Automated draft response generation
• Weekly feedback summaries and insights
• AI features powered by OpenAI's GPT models

Accuracy Disclaimer

• AI-generated responses and analysis are suggestions only
• You're responsible for reviewing and approving all responses
• We don't guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content

5. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Collecting genuine anonymous feedback
• Managing internal communications
• Analyzing feedback for business improvements
• Customizing feedback boxes for your organization

Prohibited Uses

• Collecting personal information that could identify anonymous users
• Harassment, abuse, or intimidation of feedback providers
• Spam, malicious content, or illegal activities
• Attempting to identify anonymous feedback providers
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access others' data

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Anonymous Feedback

• Feedback submissions are designed to be anonymous
• We don't collect IP addresses or tracking cookies for anonymous users
• Each conversation gets a unique, untrackable identifier
• Anonymous users can optionally subscribe to conversation updates

7. Data Export and Portability

Data Access

• You can export your feedback and conversation data anytime
• Contact support for bulk data exports
• Data provided in standard formats (JSON, CSV)

8. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

• You can cancel your subscription anytime
• Account deletion removes all your data
• No penalties for cancellation
