Cancel your subscription & what happens to your data

You can cancel your JellyForm subscription at any time — there are no contracts or cancellation fees. Your data is always yours, and you can export it before or after you cancel.

How to cancel

1. Open your company settings and select the Billing tab. (Only the company owner can do this.)
2. Click Manage Billing Portal to open the secure Stripe portal.
3. Choose to cancel your subscription and confirm.

Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, so you keep full access to everything until then. See Invoices, payment method & the billing portal for more on the portal itself.

What happens to your data

Your data is always yours. If you cancel, you can export all your feedback and conversations — we recommend running a CSV export for each box while your plan is still active.

After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, it's permanently deleted.

What your account looks like after cancelling

Your account and boxes remain in place during the 30-day window — nothing disappears the moment your plan ends. Paid features like AI analysis, integrations, and exports are no longer available, and you can read up to 5 submissions per month until you're back on a plan. Any submissions beyond that are still accepted and stored — nothing is ever lost — they're just locked from viewing (see Submission limits & locked submissions).

Coming back

Reactivating is the same as upgrading: open the Billing tab, pick a plan, and check out. Everything you had — boxes, conversations, boards, and team members — is right where you left it, as long as you return within the 30-day window. See Plans & pricing to compare plans before you rejoin.
