Share your box: link, QR code & printable flyer

Feedback givers reach your box through a public link — no account, no app, nothing to install. JellyForm gives you several ways to put that link in front of people, from a simple copy-paste to a printed flyer for the break room.

Copy your box link

Every box has a public address like jellyform.com/b/your-box. Open the box in the app and click the copy icon next to the link in the header — you'll see "Copied to clipboard". Paste it into chat, email, an intranet page, or anywhere else your audience looks.

Download a QR code

1. Open your box and switch to the Print Flyer tab.
2. Find the QR Code section in the left column.
3. Click Download PNG to save a high-resolution QR code that points to your box.

Use it on slides, posters, table tents — anywhere a phone camera can reach.

Print a ready-made flyer

The Print Flyer tab also builds a full letter-size flyer with your QR code, and you can customize every part of it:

• Display icon — choose Emoji (pick any emoji), Logo (uses your company logo, uploaded in Company Settings), or None.
• Headline — defaults to "[Your company] wants your feedback".
• Subtitle — defaults to "Scan the QR code below to share your thoughts anonymously."
• Footer text — usually your box link, for people who prefer typing it.

A live preview shows exactly what will print. When it looks right, click Print Flyer — this opens your browser's print dialog, where you can print directly or save it as a PDF.
