Logging in to JellyForm

You sign in to JellyForm at jellyform.com/login. There are two ways in: your Google account, or your email address and password. Whichever you used at signup is the one to use here.

Sign in with Google

Click Sign in with Google and pick the Google account you signed up with. You'll land straight in the app — no password to remember. This only works for the Google account your JellyForm account was created with.

Sign in with email

1. Enter the email address you signed up with.
2. Enter your password.
3. Click Sign In.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the login page — JellyForm emails you a 6-digit code to verify it's you, then lets you set a new password.

Joining through an invitation

If a teammate invited you, use the Accept Invitation link in the invitation email rather than the login page — it sets up your account and adds you to their company in one step. The invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to, so if you're already signed in under a different email, you'll be asked to sign out and continue with the invited one. See Invite your team.

If you still can't sign in

• "Invalid email or password" — double-check you're using the same email you signed up with. If you originally signed up with Google, use the Google button instead of the email form.
• No reset email arriving — check spam, and confirm the address matches your account email exactly.
