What is JellyForm?

JellyForm is an anonymous feedback collection platform — a modern suggestion box for your organization. People submit feedback through a link you share, without creating an account, and you read and respond to it from one inbox.

What makes JellyForm different from a classic suggestion box is that feedback is a two-way conversation. Every submission creates a private conversation link, so you can ask follow-up questions and the person can reply — all without their identity ever being revealed.

What you can do with JellyForm

How anonymity works
