Share your board

Your board lives at a single public link. Anyone who opens it can read suggestions, vote, react, and comment — no account, login, or app install required. Everyone uses the same URL, so there are no unique tracking links to worry about.

Your board's link

Your Default board answers your company's main board address: jellyform.com/board/your-company. Any other board has its own address with the board's slug added: jellyform.com/board/your-company/your-board.

To copy the link:

• On the Boards page, click the link icon on a board's card.
• On a board's management page, the public URL is shown in the header next to the board name — click the copy icon beside it.

Share the link anywhere: email, Slack, an intranet page, or a company all-hands slide. Keep in mind that changing a board's URL in Settings breaks links you've already shared.

Print a flyer with a QR code

For physical spaces — break rooms, front desks, event booths — the board has a built-in printable flyer:

1. Open the board and click the Print Flyer tab.
2. Edit the headline, subtitle, and footer text if you like. The defaults invite people to scan and share a suggestion anonymously.
3. Choose an icon style: Emoji, Logo (if your company has a logo uploaded), or None.
4. Click the print button to open a print-ready letter-size page. The flyer includes a QR code that points straight at your board.

Embed the board on your site

You can also place the board directly on any web page:

1. Open the board's Settings tab and scroll to Embed Board.
2. Click Copy to grab the embed snippet.
3. Paste it into your site's HTML where you want the board to appear.

The embed code is only shown once the board is live — if you see a note asking you to enable the public board first, flip the Enable Public Board toggle above it. To embed a feedback box instead, see Embed the feedback widget on your site.
