Connect Zapier

Zapier connects JellyForm to thousands of other apps — send new feedback to a Google Sheet, create Trello cards, forward alerts to Gmail, and more. Available on the Business plan.

You need to be an owner or admin of the company to manage integrations. The connection works through a Zapier Catch Hook webhook: Zapier gives you a URL, and JellyForm sends feedback activity to it.

Set it up

1. In Zapier, create a new Zap.
2. Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger.
3. Select Catch Hook and copy the webhook URL Zapier generates.
4. In JellyForm, open your company settings, go to the Integrations tab, and turn on the Zapier toggle.
5. Paste the Catch Hook URL into the Your Zapier Webhook URL field and click Save.
6. Back in Zapier, connect the action apps you want — Gmail, Trello, Sheets, or anything else Zapier supports — and turn on the Zap.

What JellyForm sends

JellyForm sends a JSON payload to your Zap whenever there's activity in your boxes:

• New feedback conversations — a new submission arrived.
• New messages — an anonymous follow-up or a team reply.
• Conversation assignments — a conversation was assigned to a teammate.

The payload includes the event type, your company details, the conversation subject, sentiment and categories when available, and the message content — everything you need to map fields inside your Zap.

Tips for building Zaps

• Use Zapier's Filter step if you only want certain events (for example, only new conversations, not replies).
• Send a test submission to one of your boxes to give Zapier sample data to map from.
• One webhook receives all events for the company; branch by the event_type field if you need different actions per event.

If events aren't reaching Zapier, confirm the toggle is on and the saved URL matches your Zap's Catch Hook exactly. For anything else, contact support from the chat bubble on this page.
