How the 7-day free trial works

Every new JellyForm account starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required — you sign up, set up your box, and start collecting feedback right away.

What's included

The trial gives you the full Team plan experience, including:

• Feedback boxes with anonymous two-way conversations
• AI sentiment analysis, categorization, and draft replies
• File attachments on submissions
• A public voting board
• Slack and Microsoft Teams integration
• CSV export and expiring links

During the trial

A banner at the top of the app shows how many days you have left, with an Upgrade Now button that takes you to the Billing tab in Company Settings. Everything you set up during the trial — boxes, custom fields, team members, conversations — carries over when you subscribe, so there's nothing to redo.

When the trial ends

After 7 days, the banner changes to let you know the trial has ended and asks you to pick a plan. Your account isn't deleted and no feedback is ever lost:

• Your boxes and all existing conversations stay in place.
• Paid features — AI analysis and draft replies, attachments, integrations, exports, and voting boards — pause until you subscribe.

Pick a plan and everything switches back on exactly where you left it.

Upgrading

You can subscribe at any point — during the trial or after it ends. Click Upgrade Now in the banner, or go to Company Settings → Billing. The steps are covered in Upgrade your plan.
