Quick start: your first feedback box

This guide takes you from a brand-new account to a live feedback box that your team can start using — it usually takes just a few minutes.

1. Create your account

1. Go to jellyform.com/signup and enter your organization name.
2. Choose Continue with Google, or create your account with your work email.

2. Walk through onboarding

Right after signup, JellyForm walks you through a short setup:

1. Create your first box. Give it a name like "Team Feedback" or "Suggestions" and click Create box. You can rename it later.
2. Customize your form (optional). Add extra fields to collect structured info, with a live preview on the right. You can skip this and change it anytime.
3. Share your box. Copy your box link, or grab a pre-written email or Slack message to send to your team.
4. Review how privacy works, then click Continue to land in your new box.

3. Explore your Inbox

You land in your box's Inbox, where submissions arrive. JellyForm adds one sample submission so you can see what a conversation looks like before real feedback comes in. The tabs across the top — Inbox, Insights, Customize, Embed, Print Flyer, and Settings — cover everything you can do with a box. See Managing your Inbox.

4. Share your box link

Your box lives at a public link (jellyform.com/b/your-box). Copy it from the box header and share it anywhere — chat, email, or a QR code on a printed flyer. Feedback givers do not need an account. See Share your box for every option, including the embeddable widget.

5. Invite your team

Feedback is easier to act on together. Add teammates from your company settings so they can read and reply with you — see Invite your team.
