Invite your team

Feedback is easier to handle together. Inviting teammates lets them read submissions, reply, and manage boxes with you. The Team plan includes 3 team members; Business includes unlimited members.

Send an invitation

1. Open Company Settings and go to the Team tab.
2. Under Invite Team Members, enter your teammate's email address.
3. Choose a role: Member or Admin. See Roles: owner, admin & member for what each can do.
4. For members, choose their Box access — all boxes, or a restricted set of specific boxes. Admins always have access to every box. See Control who sees which box.
5. Click Send Invite.

Your teammate receives an email with an Accept Invitation button. Invitations expire after 7 days.

What your teammate sees

The invitation link opens a page where they join your company. If they're new to JellyForm, they set up their account (with Google or their email) and land straight in your workspace. If they already have a JellyForm account under that email, they simply sign in and click Join.

The invitation is tied to the email address you entered — if they're signed in under a different email, JellyForm asks them to sign out and continue with the invited one.

Manage pending invitations

Until an invitation is accepted, it appears in the Pending Invitations list on the Team tab, showing who sent it and the assigned role. From there you can:

• Resend — sends a fresh invitation email (useful if it expired or got lost).
• Cancel — invalidates the invitation link.

Manage existing members

The Current Team Members list shows everyone in your company with their role. Owners and admins can change a member's role with the dropdown next to their name, edit a member's box access, or Remove them from the company. The owner role can't be changed or removed.

Once your team is in, you can assign conversations to teammates so nothing falls through the cracks.
