Logo, accent color & hiding JellyForm branding

Add your logo and accent color, and hide JellyForm branding entirely, on the Business plan.

Custom branding makes your feedback forms look like yours: your logo at the top, your brand color on buttons and links, and — if you want — no JellyForm branding at all. Available on the Business plan.

Open the Branding tab

  1. Click your company name in the top navigation and choose Organization Settings. (Organization settings are available to admins and owners.)
  2. Go to the Branding tab.

Upload your logo

Under Organization Logo, upload your logo file. It personalizes your feedback forms and the emails JellyForm sends on your behalf, and it replaces your company name in the app's top navigation. Remember to click Save Changes in the bar at the bottom when you're done.

Pick an accent color

Under Accent Color, choose the color that best matches your brand. It's used for buttons, links, and highlights on your public feedback forms, so the submit experience feels consistent with the rest of your brand. For what your feedback givers see, check What feedback givers see when they submit.

Hide "Powered by JellyForm"

Turn on the Hide JellyForm Branding toggle to remove the "Powered by JellyForm" footer from your feedback forms and conversation pages. Combined with your logo and accent color, the whole experience carries only your brand.

Going further

For a fully white-labeled setup, pair branding with a custom domain so your feedback links live on your own hostname — see Set up a custom domain. For what's included in each plan, see Plans & pricing.
